There is a variation in lessons and activities each week.
Final payment is due on, or before, 16th June 2010. Places are
limited so an early application is recommended.

Deposit
A deposit payment of £ 80.00 per week must accompany each application.
No fees or deposits are returnable
for failing to take up the place at the appointed time, or failing to complete
the course booked. ALL Students are advised to BE COVERED BY some form of holiday
cancellation insurance to cover themselves for inability to attend due to
illness or other causes.

Insurance
Medical insurance is advisable for overseas students.

The school is set in extensive yet secluded grounds. CCTV is in operation
at all times.

The workshop concludes at approximately 13:00 following the demonstration and prize giving. Overseas students should ensure they allow sufficient time to get to the airport and check-in for their return flight. We recommend return flights are not booked to depart before 15:30 from Gatwick and 18:00 from Heathrow.

On Monday afternoon a photograph of the entire Sussex Summer School is taken. Photographs are available for collection on Saturday prior to the demonstration. These must be pre-ordered and paid for at the time of check-in for the workshop.
All aspects of the workshop are filmed including the demonstration and prize giving.
The DVD can be ordered at check-in, during the workshop or before the demonstration. They are sent by post approximately 3 weeks after the end of the 2nd week of the workshop. No money should be sent in advance for these items.
