Residential Students -
9 years+ & Min Grade III
£ 335.00 per week inclusive of accommodation, tuition, lunch & refreshments, name badge, t-shirt and evening entertainment.
Day Students - 6 years+ & Min Grade I £ 210.00 per week inclusive of tuition, lunch and refreshments, name badge and t-shirt.
Day Plus Students -
6 years+ & Min Grade I
£ 245.00 per week inclusive of tuition, lunch & refreshments, name badge and t-shirt and evening entertainment
  (Children staying for both weeks please add an additional £ 30.00 to cover food and accommodation for the Sat/Sun.)

There is a variation in lessons and activities each week.

Final payment is due on, or before, 16th June 2008.  Places are limited so an early application is recommended.

Deposit

A deposit payment of £ 80.00 per week must accompany each application.

No fees or deposits are returnable for failing to take up the place at the appointed time, or failing to complete the course booked.  ALL Students are advised to BE COVERED BY some form of holiday cancellation insurance to cover themselves for inability to attend due to illness or other causes.

Insurance

Private insurance covering cancellation prior to and during summer school for a reason covered by the policy can be purchased from Sussex Summer School from as little as £ 12.00.  This is not compulsory except for students paying by monthly installments.

Medical insurance is advisable for overseas students - please ask for more information.

The school is set in extensive yet secluded grounds. CCTV is in operation at all times.

Letters/parcels for students during the course must be sent to Michael Hall at the above address marked FAO Sussex Summer School.

 


Date of Course

Sunday 27th July to Saturday 2nd August 2008 inclusive (with a preliminary class on 27th July - mandatory for residential students)

and

Sunday 3rd August to Saturday 9th August 2008 inclusive (with a preliminary class on 3rd August- mandatory for residential students)

(2 separate weeks)


Photograph, DVD & videos

Photograph

Every Monday lunchtime a photograph of the entire Summer School is taken and ready for collection on Saturday morning before the demonstration.

Photographs must be ordered and paid for at the start of the course. All aspects of the course are filmed including the demonstration. If you do not wish your child to be filmed, please advise at check-in. Orders for DVD's and videos can be made at the start of the course or before the demonstrations
Cheques should be made payable to Split Image.

Cost: £ 11 per week

Video & DVD

During the course filming of all aspects of the week is taken including the demonstration and presentations etc. Videos and DVD’s can be pre-ordered with your application form or advised at check-in or before the demonstrations.  Videos/DVD’s will be posted to you approx 3 weeks after the end of the 2nd week of the course.
