Terms and Conditions

1. The organiser Christine Dettmer reserves the right to change course or teachers as necessary.

2. All students are expected to comply with any rules or regulations deemed necessary by the organiser.

3. The organiser reserves the right to cancel an application unless the full fee is paid by the due date, namely 16th June 2010.

4. No fees or deposits are returnable for failing to take up the place at the appointed time or failing to complete the course booked.  All students are advised to be covered by some form of holiday cancellation insurance to cover themselves for inability to attend due to illness or other causes.  

5. All students must obtain the permission to attend the Sussex Summer School from their own dancing teacher.

6. Medical insurance is advisable for overseas students.

7. The Sussex Summer School is under no liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury or loss which may be sustained in connection with the course.

8. No student will be allowed to leave the perimeter of Michael Hall School without the permission of a teacher.

9. If you wish to visit your child whilst he/she is boarding, out of courtesy please advise the organiser prior to your visit.

10. Students are expected to make their own beds, keep rooms tidy and maintain reasonable quietness throughout the centre. 

11. No student is allowed to smoke. 

12. No chewing gum is allowed in lessons.

13. In consideration of others, we request that mobile phone usage is kept to a minimum and no calls are made after 22:00. Your co-operation with this would be much appreciated.
